Why nude in the sauna?

Lately we have been to a hotel sauna and steam bath in Düsseldorf, Germany. As northern Europeans, we took off all our clothes as it is required to German sauna etiquette. However, there have been some people from abroad not understanding this. They left their bathing costumes on and seemed to be embarrassed by the other people’s nudity.

Who is wrong? Why is it required to take off clothes?

Gingerbread / Hansel and Gretel House - PART 2

Assembling the honey cake or gingerbread House, Hansel and Gretel house:

Read the instruction completely and plan beforehand. Assembly time: two hours, at least.

something to build the house on (a tile or similar)

dark chocolate, melted 200 g or more, it is up to your taste
candies etc., how much and which kind is up to you, see foto
1 eggwhite
170 g icing sugar (375 US) (you h a v e to weigh it)
1 syringe (pharmacy) 100 ml

First thing you have to decide on what „estate“ you want to construct your house on. You can use cardbord (good when it is a present), a plate of wood, Kimberley shale or a silver tray. As long as it is stable and hygienic, take whatever you like.

Plan this in advance, because once you want to start assembling the house you don‘t want to run around searching for a piece of something.

How to make a Gingerbread or Hansel and Gretel House

Sorry for the long pause...

Now it is time to prepare a gingerbread house for Hansel and Gretel, the main protagonists of the fairy tale written down by the Grimm brothers. Perhaps there is some truth in the tale, some days ago a witch‘s house house has been discovered near Pendle Hill, even a mummified cat has been found.
Making your own witch house is not as difficult as it may seem, it is extremely rewarding and creating it is a good method to fight the cold and darkness of winter. Your room will smell of the honey cake. As winter goes by, the house will be eaten up. First secretly, then more obviously. It is great fun.
